| SuperImaging
to showcase Full Color DLP Transplay Technology at the SID 2007 International
Symposium, Seminar and Exhibition
SuperImaging, innovators of a state-of-the-art "display-on-glass"
technology, announced today that it will unveil the Full Color Digital
Light Processor -- the newest addition to their Transplay™ Projector
System Technologies.
The TransPlay™ Laser Projector System is capable of displaying
full color motion videos and any digital images on transparent surfaces
with application of their MediaGlass™ transparent graphic screen.
The MediaGlass™ film, which can be applied to any glass
or plastic surface, is completely transparent and does not change the
color of the original surface. Images are visible in any in-door
lighting and most outdoor environments. Using a standard ILDA (International
Laser Display Association) interface, the system is compatible with
laser show controllers from Pangolin, Riya, and many more.
Founders, Ted Sun and Jianqiang Liu, are on the lookout for more collaborators
and other interested parties. Ted says, "We are very excited
about our breakthrough with the 3-color DLP technology. It opens
doors to many more possible applications."
SuperImaging provides a simple and inexpensive solution that not only
maintains the transparency of the glass, but also produces a result
that is equally viewable from any angle. Auto-makers such as GM
and Audi, have debuted concept cars this year using SuperImaging's Transplay™
technology. They have utilized this innovation with various applications
including a heads-up windshield display to promote driver-safety, and
dashboard displays.
As SuperImaging continues its relationship with the automotive industry,
they are also reaching out to potential collaborators from other industries
to develop applications such as retail displays, medical, and other
products.
SuperImaging will be displaying the multi-color DLP Transplay™
technology at booth #1667 at the SID 2007. Demonstrations of their
newest technology – the Full-Color DLP, will be given by appointment-only.
